Blue Force Bail Bonds uses the Bail Bonds Check In App to help with the check in process for those who have gotten bail through us. After you download the app on an internet capable device, you are assigned a valid app code to use while you are under the terms of bail. It is very important to keep in contact with us, so we have set up means by which clients can contact us on this website, in person at our office 2860 S Circle Dr Suite 109, Colorado Springs, CO 80906, via phone 719-582-5057), email [email protected], or the Check In App through GOOGLE: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apporder.bailbondscheckin&hl=en or through APPLE: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/bail-bonds-check-in/id544442895?mt=8.

We require clients report to our office for a physical check in within 24 hours after release from jail on bond. Depending upon your perceived risks, we may have you do a physical check in once a week, a few days each week, or every single day. If your risk is lower, we may have you just give us a phone call at intervals during the week. For our lowest risk clients we allow you to check in via our Bail Bonds Check In App. For our highest risk clients, however, we employ the use of GPS Monitoring. We always advise our clients that they are not allowed to travel outside the country while on bond, but if there is significant flight risk, we monitor their real-time location using a GPS ankle bracelet monitoring system. The information we receive is live and actionable by us. We do have a recovery team that stands ready to apprehend clients that are making an attempt to evade authorities.

Co-signing for another person’s bail bond is a serious matter and should not be taken lightly. The person must be a United States citizen, have lived in the same area for a predetermined period, have stable employment, and have a sufficient amount of credit. When you cosign for someone, it means you are signing a promissory note or an indemnity agreement to be financially responsible for paying the full amount of the bond if the accused person does not appear in court. The co-signer has the right and responsibility to ensure that the accused appears at all court hearings and meets any other bond requirements.
